Frequently Asked Questions

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are shipped after this processing time. 

  • All merchandise orders have a flat $8 shipping fee within the United States. We ship orders via USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS, depending on your location. Standard shipping transit time is between 4-8 business days depending on your region.


    Limited drop items like food boxes may have a different shipping fee based on weight. Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.

    Built by Immigrants only ships within the United States.

  • We cannot modify shipping addresses after an order has been placed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will need to cover re-shipping cost. Built by Immigrants is not responsible for carrier delays or missed deliveries.

  • All sales are final. No returns or exchanges, except for size exchanges.

    If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer an exchange for the same product in a different size, subject to availability and the following conditions:

    • You must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery

    • The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with tags attached

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping; a prepaid return label will be provided, and shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method

    If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims must include clear photos of the item and the packaging. To submit a claim, please email support@builtbyimmigrants.store with your order number and supporting notes.
