Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are shipped after this processing time.

All merchandise orders have a flat $8 shipping fee within the United States. We ship orders via USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS, depending on your location. Standard shipping transit time is between 4-8 business days depending on your region.
Limited drop items like food boxes may have a different shipping fee based on weight. Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.
Built by Immigrants only ships within the United States.

We cannot modify shipping addresses after an order has been placed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will need to cover re-shipping cost. Built by Immigrants is not responsible for carrier delays or missed deliveries.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges, except for size exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer an exchange for the same product in a different size, subject to availability and the following conditions:
You must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery
The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with tags attached
The customer is responsible for return shipping; a prepaid return label will be provided, and shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims must include clear photos of the item and the packaging. To submit a claim, please email support@builtbyimmigrants.store with your order number and supporting notes.
